I have an HTC One with an internal storage of 3.85 GB, but according to my Apps page, I'm using 3.63 GB of that space. My Android version is 4.1.2.
I tried to install an app today, but it wouldn't install because there wasn't enough space. This was the first time I noticed this was a problem...
I updated my firmware or whatever from AT&T at least three weeks ago. Now every time I turn my phone on I get the 'congratulations' message from the update program. I tried to stop the update service but it seems to be a startup program now or something. How can I fix this? Thanks.
I just have a couple of questions:
1. What is the risk of bricking my device really? Has anyone here ever had a problem with it before?
2. Does rooting absolutely void your warranty no matter what?
3. If it does void your warranty, can they turn you down if your phone breaks for something...
