    so frustrated - verizon, water mark, and my power button

    Ok so I'm very frustrated. I had been having troubles with phone calls. When I call someone or receive a call, everyone once in a while, I couldn't hear anything (no ringing or talking and even my voicemail). Sometimes this would happen for a few minutes, a few hours, or even a entire day one...
