    Help contrast seting

    Is there anyway to change the contrast on the phone? I have a bit of light sensitivity and the high contrast on the phone is a bit unpleasant to me. Other than changing to movie mode. My only solution that I can think of is to put a mat screen protector on it to reduce the look. Any help?
