    Help Factory reset

    I did a factory rest on my huawei ascend. I called the x228 to have it programed and now I can not access the market place and I can not add my gmail account. They forceclose. I also have no ringtone sounds at all. Please help.

    Help battery only last 4-5 hrs. What is the best thing to use?
