Noticed that Verizon has pushed out Lollipop to my S5. Going to wait until they force me to apply the update. I did so on my Nexus 7 and I hate all of the white notifications and the lag it introduced.
SM-G900V still running Android 4.4.4.
Is there a way to disable the initial screen that appears before the PIN unlock screen shows? This is a new screen and I would like to get rid of it.
My Nexus 7 is not rooted.
Thank you in advance...
After having the Bionic since launch I have finally decided to retire it. Even after doing a factory reset it still lagged terribly.

I have learned a lot from quite a few of the contributors on...

My Bionic has been misbehaving a lot lately when using the car dock and Car Home Ultra so I would like to return it to stock, obtain the updates from Verizon, and then reroot the phone.
I am currently rooted with 5.8.894.XT875 and the KIN3TX V1.0 ROM.
I plan to reload the stock image I made...

One is Bionic Bootstrapper v 1.0.0.3 at 6.95MB and the other is Bionic Bootstrapper v 1.0.0.4 at 3.01MB...
Has anyone figured out how to get the toggle buttons back on the notification pulldown panel?
I am referring to the toggles for bluetooth, wifi, sound, etc.
Thanks in advance for any help.
