    Help No service problem

    So Yesturday my friends phone was dead in the mornign when she went to turn it on, once she tryed to charge it it kept boot looping every few minutes and was stuck in airplane mode, even though its off. it was rooted and cyanogenmod was on it. i spend hours trying to reflash it and all failed...

    So ive been searching for days on how to get the themes built into velocity applied, i kniw it has to do with scripts but idk what im doing, i switched from IOS to android so its all new. help plz?
