    Phone not dropping to 1x when sending texts

    Interesting problem... Lately, not all the time, whenever I send a text, I watch the reception bar at the top and it is not dropping to 1x to send the text. In addition, some of my friends have not been receiving my texts when I send them. Are these two things related? I swear I've seen it...
