    How can I edit a url?

    I have icons on my screen which open Chrome and go to a site. I'd like to change the url link. In this particular case, I don't like m.slashdot.org and would like to change it to classic.slashdot.org. How can I do this? Thanks, George

    I copied the link from my Firefox desktop, https://mail.google.com/mail/?shva=1#contacts to search and edit contacts; it doesn't work. It does work in Chrome for my desktop. Is there a way to bring google contacts (from gmail) up directly in Android 4.1?

    Help How can I prevent syncing non-GMail email

    My DroidX (2.3) email on the device is a copy, not a link to the server; when I delete it, the copy on the server remains. I am unable to find the "leave email on server" option with my N7 (4.1).     With 2.2, the notify once selection worked ... I'd hear DROID once, and not again with subsequent emails. With 2.3, each email notifies even with the selection to do it once. I rebooted with it in the notify for all then selected (gmail) single ... for gmail it seems to work now. The email...

    Help SD card over wifi?

    I see FTP Server, SwifTP, and WiFi File Explorer ... is there anything that operates like standard file sharing as USB connection accomplishes? The old Zaurus did that, then the capability was removed ... I've not rooted and would prefer to not need to.

    Help Plain "wallpaper"

    I'm a dull engineer. I like a plain black background ... peel the wallpaper off the wall ... This is easy in windoze xp. How do I accomplish it in Android 2.2? Will this either hold or is it likely to be the same when Verizon pushes 2.3? Thanks!
