    Help Known Device

    I recently bought Samsung Galaxy 3 and I have a little issue in getting my smartphone to communicate with my Windows 7 notebook. I have turned on USB debug and also installed Kies ver 2.3.3 and I am still unable to get communication going. Windows does see the device but only as Known Device so...
