    Help VPN on Android 4.4 KitKat

    I have updated my Note 2 to Kitkat. Post to that, am not able to use VPN, its forcing me to create PIN or Password to configure VPN. Earlier with Jellybean am able to use VPN along with pattern locking. Can't I use the same here with Kitkat on my Note 2? Please advice. Thanks.
