Help Desktop constantly "reloading" (for lack of better term)
I'm having a frustrating problem, that has recently gotten to be much more frequent. First, a description of the problem: When exiting an application, instead of just going to the desktop I get the green-on-white "HTC" and then the "Loading..." spinner.
