    Upgrade from 2.1

    I bought an htc legend and it comes with android v2.1. I would like to upgrade to, at least, 2.3, is there any way to do it? There are a lot of apps that i cant install just because they require +v2.2 ! My carrier is cellcom (israel). Thanks !
