    As usual, these are update.zip format. Rename to update.zip, place on root of sdcard, and install (don't forget to 'allow'). My advice to you, in selecting a kernel, is to #1 try the lowV varieties first. Then select the slowest kernel that exceeds what you expect to run on a day to day...
