    Why do carrires have to modify the roms?

    So why does the finished rom have to be sent to carriers to be modified again? Cant just Samsung sent out the official say marshmallow update? Whats the process, Android releases the rom, then Samsung edits it? or adds to it? then they send it to the carrier?

    An App or Launcher that will disable app Transitions/Animations?

    I have a note 3 ATT and there is a bug where if you turn off Transition animation scale in Developer mode, it resets itself when ever the camera is opened. Is there a launcher or other app that will disable the transitions for when you open an app?

    ATT Note 3 Transition Animation wont stay off? In the Developer options the transition animation will not stay to the off position. It looks like all the other animations stay off but not that one. Any one have the same issue? My phone is not rooted, and has the latest ATT update.

    Help HD video recording, jittery due to slow mem card

    I have an HTC panache but it is pretty much the same as the mytouch. when i use HD video recording it will jitter every few seconds. I looked at the memory card and it said class 2, a very slow card. I am going to try a class 4 or class 10. would a class 4 be fast enough?
