    Apps 2 adb processes?

    I am running under windows 7 pro. When I start adb from a cmd prompt e.g. "adb shell" I see 2 adb processes starting up in task manager. I can exit the shell via ctrl-C and one of the adb processes closes but the other ones remains. Any ideas why? Regards, Rich
