    Help In call volume is so low...help???

    So i have had my Bionic for 2 weeks now and it had been working great, i went to work today, and when I was on break to make a call i could barley here the person i was taking to. Went to Verizon, hard reset it twice and troubleshooted and the volume is still low, what do i do.?:(
