    Help Personalised Ringtones for Contacts

    Hello, I have just got myself a Galaxy note 3 N9005 LTE and have assigned a ringtone to a contact in mp3 format. The mp3 is a name of the contact, and what is happening is that when the contact rings it repeats the name (mp3) over and over again repeatedly until I answer with no pauses in it...
