Help Unable to pull down notification bar
About 12 days ago my notification bar would not pull down. I rebooted the phone and it started working again. Two days later it stopped working again. I rebooted the phone and still nothing. I powered down the phone and pulled the battery for 5 minutes. Still no go. Today I did a factory reset...- JCWDriver
