    Help KIES not recognising device

    Has anyone had issues with KIES recognising thier Samsung Dart/SGH-T499?? I just purchased a new phone in Canada, installed the relevant Kies (downloaded direct from product page on Samsung's site), and I keep getting this message: "device not supported by kies 2.0" I'm running Windows...
