    Help Phone Contacts vs Messaging Contacts

    These contact lists are different. Does anyone know how to delete a contact within the "Messaging" contact list? It almost seems that new ones have appeared. I have my "sync" turned off for all. Cannot delete a bunch of facebook garbage. help pls
