    Help Picture SMS question

    Whenever I sent or receive a picture, it shows up as a 10 second video rather than picture. I googled it and found only one other person with this issue, and the thread was left unresolved. Has anyone else gotten this issue before? P.S. - the update has seemed to drain my battery faster too. :D
