    Help Software update downloaded

    A 'software update' was downloaded to my Cricket Wireless SG5 Sept 2016 and wants me to Install it. It doesn't say what it is, where it's from, or give any clue as to what it's for. I texted Cricket about this with no response. Is this legitimate?

    Help Will not email pics

    I have an old Samsung Galaxy S2 that I've been using for years to take pictures and email them (MUCH better quality pics than my SG5). The emails all of a sudden just won't send. I have no idea why. I'm most definitely connected to the Internet via my WiFi.
