    Once (sometimes twice) per day crash and reboot

    Hey Folks, The Prevail (about 11 months old and NON rooted) crashes about one time per day and reboots. It normally does this after texting or emailing...sometimes after using an app. It will vibrate a time or two, screen goes black but the 4 home keys/touch pads at the bottom of the screen...
