    Help What does this mean?

    Unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped. What does this mean? It shows up several times a day. I believe this is causing issues, such as blocking of the Play Store to update spps. How can I correct this? Thank you

    Help Wi-fi turns itself on

    My wi-fi turns on by itself. Anyone know how to correct this? The wi-fi is turned off and the setting for "Keeping wi-fi on during sleep", under the Advanced setting is "Never", but it keeps turning itself on. Do I have a phone with bad software or am I missing something? Thank you. GS3...

    Help Task bar change

    At the bottom of the home screen are four apps, Phone, Contacts, Messaging and Application. Is there a way to remove an app here and replace it with a different one? I have looked at the user guide and have not found a solution. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    GS2 end of life

    Help Spell check/suggestion issues

    Has anyone here had any issues with the spell check/word suggestion? Mine used to work flawlessly, but now it comes up with all kinds of abnormal words. The punctuated word don't even show anymore. (Ex. don't, hasn't etc.) Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Help Contact issues

    When I go into People, it shows my contacts. But when I go into Phone, it lists the recent call history and then it lists my contacts, twice. How can I get rid of the double contact list under Phone? Thank you.

    Help Tutorial download

    On the Boost Zone app, under Device Tips and Tricks, I tried to download the tutorial for the Design, but it said "The content is not supported on the phone. No app can be found to open this file". Does anyone know of an app that can used to open it? Thank you.

    Extra battery and travel charger

    The Evo Design uses a 1520 mAh battery, but when looking on Amazon, I found an Ace Soft battery get up with a travel dock with (2) 1860 mAh batteries for around $35. Does anyone know if these will give extended time or should one stay with the 1520 mAh? Thank you very much in advance. bdjaddy

    Calender transfer

    I switched from a BB9670 to the Marquee and can't transfer my BB calender to the Marquee. I used Yahoo Mail as my primary, but now use Gmail as the primary. I tried to sync the BB to the Yahoo calender, but no luck. What is the easiest and most simple way to do it? Thank you
