    Help I need to transfer from a backup of my old Samsung phone using Kies to a new Moto G5 Plus.

    The old phone won't connect to the Helium desktop app and Google Drive crashes when you try to open it. I can backup the phone using Kies. Can I use that and restore it to the Moto G5? Suggestions?

    Weird problem unresponsive screen!

    Sometimes the buttons and short cuts for the apps light up when touched but nothing happens. Sometimes some will work and other don't. The lock screen will just pop up. I'm using ADW. The location of the buttons on the screen isn't the problem on one page one will work on the next page same...

    Can the "screen saver" be turned off?

    Help I'm having problems with my phone connecting via USB on a consitent basis.

    Many times the PC doesn't see the phone. I can turn phone off and unplug the USB cable start the phone and plug the cable back in and nothing. Am I missing something? Thanks
