Help Screen Times Out During Calls
How do I keep the screen from dimming and then timing out (goes totally black) during a phone call? The proximity sensor is set to off in the Display settings so that the LCD should stay on. 'Settings>Calls>Turn on proximity sensor' (not checked) Also, the phone was not in Power Saving mode...- Vamp9190

Help I want to keep lock screen visible
My Lock Screen disappears (screen powers off and goes dark) after only 4 seconds....but I want it to stay on so I can see the time and the background. This is when I am not charging it, just when it's sitting on the desk. Once it goes dark I have to press the power button to see it again, but...- Vamp9190
