    Help Slow Droid 2

    So I'm using a Motorola Droid 2 Global running Android version 2.3.4 and my phone has recently once again started to lag and get slower. I've had this phone for over a year now. Searching has suggested I try using a different launcher to speed it up, but I can't seem to find anything recently...
