    Help Poor reception?

    I'm getting poor reception on my phone, does anyone else have this issue? I get one bar in my basement. I get three bars in various locations through out the city. I get two bars at the lake, and the internet is so slow I can't even use it. I don't know what to do?

    Help Screen stopped shutting off

    I have my screen set to shutoff and lock immediately, but today it is not shutting off, and staying on. I installed easy app killer, but I closed it. Could that be the problem? Also, my phone with no apps open says about 480megs of memory used. That seems like quite a bit, is that normal?
