    Help new note arrived today....

    so as a few of you know, im nervous about updateing my new NOTE as the last upgrade to ICS killed the previous one....are there ANY precautions i can take to protect my phone while i update it to the current update?

    Help galaxy note major problem

    i have a samsung galaxy note... it just froze up,i pressed the phone icon to make a call, it froze then the screen went black and now i cant do anything...opened the phone and removed the battery and replaced it, phone wont turn back on.... anyone else with a note having this problem...
