    So im getting the 3850 here in a few days. Just wondering what is Full Chrage/ Full Discharge? I know that I should do this 6 - 10 times after I get the battery. Does this mean I charge it till itz full plus few hours on top of that and let it die completly and do the steps over 6-10 times...
