Samsung's BRITECELL technology is promised to provide better low--light photos and sharper images. The company is likely to use it in the Galaxy S7, and they revealed more details about it at an investors' conference.
What could BRITECELL possibly mean, but a rather obvious word play on "bright" indicating a sensor with low light shooting capabilities, just like we'd expect from a 12MP type 1/2" imager.
And we know it's a sensor that the trademark defines, because Samsung's current lineup of smartphone...
