    Help Photos won't download to computer

    When I plug the USB cord into my computer the DCIM folder with the photos doesn't appear. The computer recognizes the camera and the Mobile Partner drive appears but no DCIM folder with photos. I'm using a fairly new laptop running Windows 8.1. Has anyone has this difficulty? Thank you!

    Call Volume on Headset

    Does anyone else have very low volume, (even at highest setting), on the earpiece? Every time I make a call I'm always mashing away at the volume keys mashing sure it's as loud as it can be. Speaker phone volume is great and Bluetooth also works fine.
