    Help Wifi turning on by itself

    Strange problem...the wifi on my slider keeps turning on by itself. I'll notice my battery has drained, and then I see the wifi has been on. I did have the beautiful widgets wifi widget on there, but I took it off to narrow down the problem - it's still doing it. Any ideas/solutions? Thanks.

    New Optimus has Gingerbread

    So has anyone checked out the new LG Optimus Slide, and if so, did you notice that it's shipping w/Gingerbread? I've been patient, but weren't we promised Gingerbread months ago? It's a cool lil phone, just a V w/slide capability. Otherwise i think it's just like our own little V.
