Documents from the WiFi alliance have been discovered that show the Xperia Z4 and Xperia Z5 are being tested with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
This doesn't mean the OTA updates are being pushed out right now, but it could be a hint that they will be coming soon
The Sony Xperia Z3 family may be in charge of testing Android 6.0 Marshmallow in the early going, but it looks like Sony's priority is still to get the Z4 and Z5 lineup loaded up with the new update first. New firmwares for the devices have been approved at Japanese carrier NTT Docomo.
