ZTE's CEO says his company is aiming to become a top-tier manufacturer in the smartphone space by listening to what consumers want instead of following trends set by their competitors.
The ZTE Max XL is bound for Sprint. It features a 6" Full HD display powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 435 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage. The phone has a nice, big 3,900mAh battery and will run Nougat out of the box.
First spotted by TENAA last month, now the ZTE A2018 has been spotted on GFXBench, confirming a lot of the specs we saw in the original TENAA reveal. There's no indication if this device is a follow-up to the ZTE Axon 7, or a variant of that phone.
It was announced that the Nubia Z17 from ZTE is capable of Qualcomm's new Quick Charge 4+ technology. However, ZTE tells its customers that Qualcomm hasn't sent out any Quick Charge 4+ adapters so they'll be including Quick Charge 3 adapters with the Nubia Z17.

A video has been uploaded to the Weibo social network that shows what is said to be the Nubia Z17 in water. The video is said to be demonstrating the device's IP67 certification.
Cricket Wireless will offer the ZTE Blade X Max starting May 12th. For a starting price of $99, it offers 6-inch full HD display, 2GB of RAM, a 13MP camera, and more.
Benchmarks have shown various RAM capacities for the ZTE Nubia Z17. We've seen a 4GB model initially and an 8GB model for the top-end, and now a 6GB model may be in the cards. The device would also have 128GB of storage, if the benchmark is accurate.

A new benchmark spotted for a new ZTE device suggests the Nubia Z17 could be the company's first device to feature the newest Snapdragon 835 processor alongside 4GB of RAM.
A new update is now available for ZTE Axon 7 owners that brings a few changes to the phone. The new update enables the night mode setting and support for 256GB microSD cards, allows some stock apps to be disabled, fixes the "Do Not Disturb" function, and a few other small issues.
A source close to Android Authority says there will be a new ZTE smartphone available for purchase called the Blade X Max. This device is said to have a 6" 1080p display, Snapdragon 435 SoC, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and Android 7.0 Nougat for $150.
