This update's primary focus is removing Carrier IQ :D. At the moment the new update is untested in it's root capacity. Hopefully some news about it will appear in the next few days so those of us who rooted will know whether or not to update.

    Edit: 01/20/2012
    1. Your device will not update if your bootloader is unlocked. You must relock it to apply the update.
    2. It has been confirmed that the update patches the Zerg Rush root method used by the Super Tool. If you have rooted and wish to keep it, wait for a new root method to be released.
