Root 1.6 root issue

Hi! I just rooted my x10i 1.6 R2BA026 with androot, and when i put the phone to airplane Mode, and change back to normal, the phone can't connect to the network, can't see the sim card. After reboot, it can connect... Anybody has this issue? But i don't want to use the phone with 1.6, i debrand, and upgrade to nordic 2.1. But when i root the 2.1 this issue is not remain, i hope...
