I unrooted my phone today from 2.2 to 2.0.1 and now I can't seem to get the 2.1 OTA update to show up. When I check for updates it says that my system is currently up to date. Am I screwed, or is there a way to install 2.1 with out the OTA update?

So all I need to do is reboot into recovery and install that from the sd card? Do I need to do a factory reset after I get it installed?

no factory reset. Just put it on the root of your sd card and reboot into recovery and apply update.zip
