Is anyone else having issues with the responsiveness of the touchscreen after updating to 2.1? It seems to have lost some accuracy on touch detection and I find myself having to select things twice sometimes before it registers my touch.

    *UPDATE* Problem resolved after reboot!

I have not experienced a single issue with the touch screen.

Try and see what resetting the factory calibration does,

or calibrate it yourself? in your system Settings. I don't know where, in 2.1.

I just rebooted and now it is working perfect! Didn't reboot since update which was probably the problem...Now I am a happy man...everthing is perfect...except I really wish htc had added the voice entry to the virtual keyboard (like there is in stock 2.1).

Please don't flame me but is the only way to get the update through the PC or will there be a OTA?

There will be an OTA, but no date has been released.

There will be an OTA release soon (March 25? = speculation)
If you can't take waiting any longer use the Leak method...it was very easy to do and took only a few min. (Just make sure you battery is at least 70% charged or your phone is plugged in to a wall.)

But BE WARNED! If you install via your PC, you will wipe all your programs and shortcuts and special settings back to factory default. Look at the threads about backing up contacts before you attempt!

But yeah, it's really easy. I did it last night... barely got any sleep. Thank jeebus for a short day at work.
