If I have Gingerbread on my DX, which one should I have, 2.3.3 or 2.3.4?

I just got the 2.3.3 upgrade and noticed I have wifi hotpot even though I didn't subscribe to it if I use it will I be billed for it

Did you get a new phone, renew your contract, or upgrade? My sister got an Thunderbolt and it came with a 30 day wifi hotspot trial. Other than that, yes, Verizon will charge you for using it, if you do not have some kind of a trial of it on your phone/account.
