Root 2.3.3 Root with Mac

Bam... Just finished installing Amon RA. Used a Mac Book Pro... Bad news is you need to be Running Parallels. I used Parallels to boot up an old copy of Windows XP and followed the revolutionary method.

Only hiccup I encounter was messing up the clockwork recovery and not installing it. Didn't bother me because i don't want it anyway.

So there is hope for other mac users. "Get on the wire, tell them how to bring those sons of bitches down."

I'll try this on my mac also. What type of parallels are you running? Just want to know if that might become an issue for me.

I am currently running Parallels 6 Desktop. Version 6.0.118 with an old copy of Windows XP professional.

If anyone wants me to try... if they can figure out exactly how to unroot I will try Parallels with a couple different dist.s of Linux as well. Not that you really need to if you can with windows.

Thanks for the info. I'm running VmWare and I'll write how that goes. I think there shouldn't be a difference but I've noticed that when running parralels how USB's get connected change a bit.
