    Howryiz,

I'm gonna be in Cali for 2 and a half weeks - I'm just wondering what the chances are of getting a relatively cheap N1 somewhere, either second hand or new?

I've got a milestone now which i'm happy with, but the hackability of the N1 is drawing me, so if the opportunity arose, i'd grab one!

    Cheers

None, on Craigslist they are still $350-$450 used. I don't know where you can get one cheaper than that.

Spotty, you don't say where you are going in cali so here is the link to craigslist:

    Craigslist > Cities

scroll down and you will see the different parts of cali. It would probably be listed under electronics.

Since you are coming from another country you could always get the phone for free on craigslist. Just bring a whole bunch of your buddies with you down to meet the seller, grab the phone and jump on the plane back! Just kidding of course. Roze's advice to bring someone with you is a good idea. A shopping mall or a busy place would be an ideal meeting place.

    What's a N1?
I am getting a Droid X next week and don't have a clue as to what I'll do with my Droid 1, with extra.
