Hello everyone! I too am having problems with the charging. I had my phone for 2 weeks when it started, took it back to ATT and they gave me a new phone....Here we are 2 weeks later and this one is doing the exact same thing. I am going to call my rep shortly and see what can be done. I know when I asked before if anyone else has complained about this problem they told me "no." I usually have to take the battery out for a while...Sometimes it works and other times it doesnt. Its just a random thing, doesnt do it all the time. This morning it woke up my boyfriend making all kinds of weird noises??? I dont know what the deal is but there has to be some remedy. I dont feel like after only 2 weeks I should be getting a refurbished phone, hell these phones cost $400 something and we paid $200 something on an upgrade....What do you guys suggest?
