30 day return

hi my 30 days are up this saturday. 5 more days. im having problems with my droid turning itselsf off. and also when i turn it on it doesnt load some times and i have to battery pull because it wont turn back off and such. anyway will they give me a brand new one in the box if i return it today before the 30 day deadline? i already sent in and recieved the upc rebate and of course cut the box up getting the upc off, this is why i ask, or will they not take it cause the box is cut?

yes, you get a new one if in the first 30 days. they don't need the box. if you return it, they just subtract the rebate amount.

so they have to even if the box upc is missing? seems like i remember them being bitchy about one in the past.

yes, after the 30 days are up, you should get a refurbished unit. traded mine in yesterday (broken 3.5 jack) and received a brand-new one.
