300+ contacts on Facebook

Hello, I just got my HTC Desire today, and started the long process of linking my phone contacts to my Facebook contacts. However, I can only view (and link) my first 300 Facebook friends' contact details!

Has anyone else had this problem and/or discovered a solution?

Get rid of some Facebook contacts.

Update 28 May:
Not quite sure what I did to fix it, but I now have all of my Facebook contacts on my phone
