I posted this in the troubleshooting subforum and got no response so hopefully I can get some help here.

I don't know if this has been mentioned or not I couldn't find it but today I am unable to connect to 3g only 1x and I know I am in a 3g network and I had 3g yesterday just wondering if anyone knew what the problem was or has it themselves.

Also my phone will not connect to any WiFi network remembered or not without going into the settings and manually choosing the network.

Thanks in advance for your help.

So are you still on 1x network? Have you tried turning off and turning on your phone? Perhaps try pulling out the battery and see if that will solve your issue. It's really hard to say whether your phone is having a problem or the network is having issues where you live. In the past, my xv6800 would something drop to 1x and stay there for a period of time. In that instance I think it had more to do with whatever verizon was doing than the phone because it would always go back to 3g after a while.

I've tried that and also is your WiFi the same way?
