Help 4.0.4 upgrade

Hi everyone
Due to a virus i had to reformat my phone and reset everything but now tht i got it working again i cnt seem to get past the 4.0.4 upgrade. Im sure there are at least 3 upgrade available after that last one but when i try upgrading by opening about device > software upgrade a message saying no upgrade available appears. What can i do to upgrade my phone? Is there a way to get around tht? Ive also tried kies but ddnt work. Thanks guys
