Help 4.1.1 - Any app/setting to get "on my way" to appear when I type "omw"?

I'd love to be able to type shortcut phrases, and have longer words or phrases appear, preferably with SwiftKey Flow keyboard, but can't find any app or setting, any ideas?

You can do this with the s pen. Go to settings and s pen then gestures and set up what you want.

Thanks for the suggestion. But keen to be able to do using keyboard, to save time

There's an app called Textspansion https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.designatum_1393.textspansion that claims to help with this, but it might actually be more tedious to use than just typing out what you want unless it is a long text template.

SlideIT keyboard has this function,it has loads of inbuilt shortcuts and you can edit them or make you own

I use Thumb Keyboard and it has the function as well. Some defaults already in there: kr: Kind regards, My name, sml: , thx: Thanks, tkb: Thumb Keyboard. You can add or edit these under Text Substitutions.
