4.2.7.1 reboot

Is anyone else having their phone crash and reboot with Cyanogens 4.2.7.1 when shooting picks or scaning barcodes ?

Yeah it is only occasional....it may be my theme but I am not so sure a theme would cause that.but whatever thats the beauty of cyanogen....his stuff just keeps getting better. Are you using any themes on yours?

I am still at 4.2.6 and no issues.

I have had "theme" problems in the past. Now I don't run themes.

My GF is using 4.2.6 and is using Panda Home. I had problems with it but hers is running fine.

I guess its a luck of the draw thing.


We are both on g1s.

Yeah i bet it is....I have used some themes that have been really bad, but this m blend one s pretty nice...the eclair dialer is cool. But I have had less problems running cyanogen only...maybe I will go back to 4.2.6 . I never had issues there, even when themed.

i just got rooted and thought that the only one having crash/reboot issue was... me. Am also running the 4.2.7.1 Maybe we'll have to wait till the next one comes out? i'm also just using the stock theme. The last time it crashed i was using Market via WiFi from home.

i suspect it would help him if we Also posted some of this stuff on his website so he can see what's going on.

Use your CM updater (search "updater") from the market. 4.2.8 came out last night. Has quite a few bug fixes and is faster than previously.

The CM updater will keep your ROM updated.
