Help 4.3 Upgrade Bug

So, I updated my US Cellular S3 to 4.3 and all seems to be working fine, except for the fact that I get a recurring notification telling me that a PDF I downloaded months ago has completed. I clear the download, and it comes back a few mins later saying Download complete. I open the file, delete it, and the notification still comes back. It won't go away. I am not sure if it is physically downloading the file every time and using up data (or WiFi) but it is annoying. Anyone else heard of anything like this, or have any fixes they would suggest? Thanks.
